"Building your dream house is not yet a Destination; it is in itself quite a journey."
"You start by selecting the right neighborhood; if your house is in a compound then you investigate your developer’s history thoroughly, on the master plan you pinpoint the best unit you can find to host you and the kids for as long as God wills, and by all that, you’ve just started on your journey.
If you’ve bought that dream unit, or you’ve build the house’s skeleton on an ideal plot of land, then you’re like one third into that journey. For still remains finishing your dream house, and of course furnishing it. Like all the journeys of life, it is exciting, it has new experience to gain, it binds the family together, and it should be delightful. Bringing the kids in from their small little worlds of drama into participating in the family’s new residence builds a lot of character by the way, and reaching each decision about your small family’s common dreams will involve a lot of visual aids, negotiations, compromises, compensations, and finally acceptance from all parties. You’ll discover that the amount of decisions required from you in building your dream home are perhaps equal in number to all the decisions you’ve made throughout your entire life!! The amount of new people you meet and work with adds a whole new chapter to your phone’s contact list.
This journey should be pleasant, peaceful, without surprises and with minimum compromises. It should be a safe journey taking the whole family into a beautiful new home that meets all their expectations and dreams. Having an experienced navigator at your rudder to guide, advise, negotiate on your behalf, plan, supervise, and fend for you through this journey will ensure all of that.
Dynamics with its various divisions, from creative designs, construction, and project management is your first and best decision that you should take before starting with taking your dream home to be your new reality."

“A nice couple walk into our office every now and then with eyes full of expectations, of hopes and dreams, of worries and doubts. They come here expecting understanding, new ideas, solutions of every sort. They are nesting, and this new home of theirs is the answer they have long awaited. They want to be perfect. They need to be perfect.
I have my ideas for their home. I spend all my days studding trends in interior design. I have my own experience gained from a number of my x-part “maestros” or colleague. If I just give them these solutions as they are, they never ready to accept them. Designing for a new client means I have to understand that client, to be part of this family for a while. It’s like being an actor in a new film; I have to adapt that role completely, I get to know this family first; how they interact, who is the dominant one, who leads, who follows and who just wants it done.
The children rooms also mean that I get out that inner child for a while; to be that little girl once more, and thank god I was a Tom-boy for I become the little boy too for the boy room. Now I am ready to give them.”

“Dynamics is not just a brand name. It is exactly what we do have all day!”
“While engaging in a new construction project, one of the first things I do is to assemble it in my head; assemble its teams, its suppliers and stakeholders concerned with the project. A “small” project if that creature does exist can have as less as eighteen different disciplines requiring coordination between suppliers, subcontractors, workers etc. The average small size villa (300-500 m2) will have like twenty-three teams, a house (1000 -2000 m2) can have up to thirty something different teams. All those people communicate, coordinate, fight, make peace and finally deliver to that mysterious entity called the client – usually a group of people not just one family number – what each of them consider “my home”. The person responsible for that is not just one of my department’s team, it is more often than not: Me"
